Thank you for choosing Vyapar Wallah Private Limited. We strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing, lead generation, and web development services to our clients. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Vyapar Wallah.

Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve the immediate dedication of time, resources, expertise, and manual labor, all sales are final and non-refundable once the onboarding process has started or the payment has been processed.

1. Digital Services & Setup Fees

Our services (including but not limited to SEO, Facebook Ads management, Google Ads management, social media marketing, and website design) require extensive initial strategy, research, and setup.

  • No Refunds on Setup: Any setup fees, onboarding charges, or strategy formulation fees paid to Vyapar Wallah are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No Refunds for Active Services: Once a campaign has been launched or work on a project (like a website or video) has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

2. Advertising Budgets (Ad Spend)

For performance marketing campaigns, the advertising budget is completely separate from our agency management or retainer fees.

  • Direct to Platform: The Ad Spend goes directly to third-party platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or LinkedIn.
  • No Agency Refund: Vyapar Wallah cannot and will not refund any money spent on advertisements. Any disputes regarding ad spend must be taken up directly with the respective ad platforms.

3. Cancellation of Services

We understand that business needs may change. You may cancel our recurring services by following our cancellation procedure.

  • Notice Period: Clients must provide a written notice of cancellation via email at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: If you choose to cancel our services in the middle of a billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.
  • Outstanding Dues: Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for clearing any outstanding invoices for services already rendered before the cancellation takes effect.

4. Revisions and Client Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a specific deliverable (like a website layout or a graphic design), we will provide revisions as outlined in our original agreement until the scope of work is fulfilled.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstance:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same invoice, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.
